Atlantic Towers Rental Policy

You must be at least 25 years old to rent.

NO REFUNDS for early departures.

CHECK-IN TIME: No earlier than 4:00 PM. We make every effort to ensure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however, in some instances it may be necessary to occupancy until a unit is ready. There are no discounts for late occupancy.

CHECK-OUT TIME AND PROCEDURES: In order to prepare for incoming guests it is extremely important that you follow these instructions and check out in a timely manner. 

  • All units must be vacated by 11:00 AM on checkout day (NO EXCEPTIONS). 
  • An extra day’s rent will be charged for all late checkouts. 
  • Please remove all trash from the unit and place it in the dumpster located on the north end of the parking lot. 
  • Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher. 
  • Please close oceanfront sliders and front entry door upon departure. 

Your account will be charged a minimum fee of $60 if checkout procedures are not followed.

You are renting a privately-owned condo home decorate and equipped by the owner. You are expected to leave it in an acceptable state as you found it. You are required to pay for loss or breakage to the satisfaction of the owner. Each condo must be listed in the actual occupant’s name.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Pets are not permitted. If a pet is found, we will refuse occupancy and any rent will be forfeited. An additional $200 fee will be charged to your credit card if a pet is found in the unit.

NON-SMOKING UNITS: If you, your guests, or anyone in your party smokes in the unit or on the balcony there will be a $150 cleaning fee charged for smoking in the unit. You are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear during your stay, and are hereby notified that costs for any such damages will be charged to your credit card.

SAFETY & SECURITY: Atlantic Towers strives to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Please report any suspicious activity to the Front Desk. Keys will not be issued to guests who are not listed on the reservation or written under the permitted occupant section on the registration form. If the police are contacted to respond to your rental unit for any reason, management has the right to refuse occupancy.

NO HOUSE PARTIES: Should a party occur, occupancy will be terminated and NO REFUND will be made. Atlantic Towers has a strict No Noise policy after 10:00 PM.

EVICTION NOTICE: In the event you are asked to vacate the property, occupancy will be terminated and NO REFUND will be made. A $200 administration fee will be charged to your credit card.

Appliances and televisions occasionally malfunction. We guarantee to correct the problem as soon as possible DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. There will be no refund or rate adjustment due to malfunction of appliances, air conditioners, heating, televisions, telephone service, internet service, water, or power.

Repairmen and maintenance personnel shall be allowed in the unit during normal business hours.

Units for sale may be shown with advance notice to the guest whenever possible.

The owner of this condo, the HOA, and Management are not responsible or liable for damages to, or loss of, any of the renter’s personal property from any cause whatsoever.

A security safe is provided in each unit’s closet for guest convenience at no charge. A $25.00 fee will be charged if the guest has forgotten their personal security code.

NOTE: YOUR SIGNATURE ON THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ATLANTIC TOWERS LISTED ABOVE AND THE VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT.
